By registering for a Legalwise Seminars program or purchasing a product, you agree with all the Legalwise Seminars Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and you will be deemed to have accepted all amendments if you use the website after the date the amendments were posted.
Payment of fees is required upon registration or purchase. Legalwise Seminars will not guarantee registration at professional development program until payment has been received. Delegates who fail to attend a professional development activity will be liable for all advertised fees.
All programs including On Demand Recordings and the Live Online programs prices are per single natural person registration and viewing only. They may not be distributed to or viewed by another person or persons nor may they be used for group viewings.
By submitting an order via the website you agree that you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have chosen.
All registrants will be forwarded a confirmation email when you register. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact Legalwise Seminars to ensure your registration has been received.
On Demand Recordings and Live Online attendance log on credentials and past paper orders will not be distributed, nor access granted until full payment has been received.
All On Demand Recordings will be made available as soon as possible, and usually within 3 business days after the date of the program at which it was recorded.

Replacement Delegates: You may nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your stead at any time without charge.
Cancellation and transfer of registration
If you notify us in writing more than 3 working days prior to the event you may choose to: i. Obtain a credit for future use (valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for a refund) ii. Obtain a full refund iii. Transfer to another available event. If you wish to amend your registration and notify us in writing within 1 – 3 working days prior, you will be charged an administration fee of $75.
No cancellations or refunds within 3 days of the event are permitted. On Demand recordings and annual subscriptions are non-refundable from date of purchase.
Legalwise Seminars intends to run all programs as advertised but reserves the right to change the programs without notice and to cancel/postpone if required. If cancelled or postponed, we will offer a transfer or a full refund/credit.
By registering to and attending a Legalwise Seminars program, you agree to the following:

By registering to any Legalwise Seminars professional development program or subscribing to any Legalwise Seminars newsletter, you agree to receive Legalwise Seminars communications regarding programs, services and newsletters. To unsubscribe to these communications in any format, you may do so at any time by writing to Legalwise Seminars at info@legalwiseseminars.com.au or telephone 02 9387 8133 (AUS) or 09 3633322 (NZ).
Legalwise Seminars protects the privacy and security of information provided by you. By signing up to this activity or purchasing a product, you agree to the use of your personal information by Legalwise Seminars to process your registration form, to contact you about our products and services, to disclose to third parties providing services to Legalwise Seminars; for internal purposes, and purposes otherwise generally in accordance with the Legalwise Seminars privacy policy.

The Individual 10 CPD Point/Hour Package must be paid for in full upon purchase. Once purchased, the Individual 10 CPD Point/Hour Package cannot be transferred to another person nor cancelled nor refunded. You may choose whatever selection of face to face, live and online and/or on demand seminars you wish to reach 10 CPD points/hours through your subscription period, but the total number of points/hours during this period may not equal more than 10 per subscription. Your subscription is valid for 12 months and will expire 12 months from the purchase date. You will be sent an email reminder with the option to renew your Individual 10 CPD Point/Hour Package annually. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
Corporate Subscription Packages are non-refundable from the date of purchase. The Package includes credits for Legalwise Seminars content with the option to choose from any of the following formats to view content including In Person, Live Web Seminars, Post Seminar Recordings whether Interactive or Non-Interactive. The credits must be used within 12 months of the date of this agreement. Access to Legalwise Seminars content under this Subscription is open to the employees of the named company only. All seminars whether in person, live web seminar or recordings are for viewing by a single person only per registration under the Subscription. You may not distribute to another person nor may you use for group viewings. If a delegate is unable to attend, they may nominate a replacement at any time. If notice of cancellation of a particular registration is given more than 3 working days prior to the seminar, no penalties apply and the subscription credits will be reinstated within the Subscription. No credit will be reinstated for any cancellation given within 3 working days or less prior to the date of the seminar.
