You can book a seminar online if you have a credit card.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Search for the seminar you are interested in
2. On the right you can see the different delivery formats and sessions available for the seminar. Select your delivery format and session
3. Complete your details in the registration form and select ‘Proceed to checkout >’
4. Apply any promotional code in the ‘Payment details’ section
5. Enter your payment details and select ‘Payment details’
6. Select ‘Review & Confirm’ to review your booking
7. Proceed and your confirmation of order will appear. This will also be sent in an email to the address entered

This payment option is not available at the moment. There are two alternative options:

1. Call us on 09 3633322 and we can process your registration over the phone, raise an invoice and have this emailed to you.

2. You can complete a registration form and email to:accounts@legalwiseseminars.co.nz attaching your form, and request an invoice.

Yes – you have two options. Call us on 02 9387 8133 and we can process your bookings over the phone, or alternatively post your Registration Form to Legalwise Seminars Level 11, 70 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. Include your email address so we can email you the tax invoice and seminar details.

You may nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your place, at any time, without charge.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

There is no cancellation, refund, transfer or credit available within 3 working days of the date of the program. Seminar recordings are non-refundable once purchased. All requests for cancellations prior to 3 working days of the program date should be in writing to info@legalwiseseminars.com.au.

CPD Saver

The CPD Saver must be paid for in full upon purchase. Once purchased, the CPD Saver cannot be transferred to another person nor cancelled and refunded. All notifications should be forwarded to: info@legalwiseseminars.com.au

If you still can’t see any registration confirmation and tax invoice communication, please get in touch with us on 02 9387 8133 and we’ll verify your email address and find a way to send all information to you.

You can earn you CPD points through various methods: attend a seminar/conference in person, via live online web seminar or on demand recording. To understand how many points you can earn from each format please visit our Legal or Accounting Rules pages.

Most of our seminars are available in all three formats.

Face to face

Attend the conference or seminar in person at one of our first class venues. This options includes a hard copy of the seminar papers, morning tea for morning sessions, afternoon tea for afternoon sessions and full day catering for full day conferences. The attendance will be verified via check-in and/or sign-in and sign-out sheets. There are no restrictions how many CPD points you can claim.

Live online

Watch the conference live from the venue from any electronic device with an internet connection. This option includes an electronic copy of the seminar papers and a chat tool to ask any questions you might have or talk to other live online delegates. The attendance will be verified via your login times on the platform. There are no restrictions on how many CPD points you can claim.

On demand recording

Watch the recording of the conference from any electronic device with an internet connection. We offer on demand recordings of seminars run in the past 12 months and on most upcoming seminars. Each upcoming seminar recording is available 48 hours after the seminar took place. Each recording is available for 30 days from the day you receive it, and can be viewed unlimited times in that period. This option includes an electronic copy of the seminar papers. The attendance will be verified via your login times to the platform. Per state there are different rules on how many CPD points you can claim, please verify your allowance on our CPD rules page (recording limits only apply for solicitors).

We run live online web seminars and produce on demand recordings. Live online web seminars mean that you can watch a seminar as it occurs live, on the day. You are emailed a set of log in details and you can sit in the comfort of your office or home and watch. An on demand recording allows you to watch a previously recorded seminar at anytime, anywhere, at your own leisure. Both of these formats include a complete set of seminar materials. Live online web seminars and on demand seminar recording prices are per-person viewing only. They must not be distributed to another person, nor can they be used for group viewings. Please note Legalwise Seminars intends to run live online web seminars and on demand seminar recordings as advertised, but reserves the right to change the programs without notice and to cancel if there are insufficient registrations. If cancelled, we will offer the face to face option, a transfer to another seminar or a full refund.

A set of seminar materials, which includes all documentation submitted by our speaking team. Refreshments on arrival along with morning and/or afternoon tea.

We cannot guarantee if the papers from the seminar will be available for purchase until approximately 2 weeks after the seminar/conference. See all available papers in our past paper library. Alternatively, call us on 02 9387 8133 or email info@legalwiseseminars.com.au with your request.

If you attend face to face or live online, the certificate will be sent to you within 2 business days after verification of your attendance.

If you registered for an on demand recording, please write an email to info@legalwiseseminars.com.au once you have finished watching the recording. We will verify your attendance and send out the certificate within 2 business days.
