Mr. Jordan Oldham, Senior Associate, MinterEllisonRuddWatts
Jordan is an experienced infrastructure and projects lawyer. He advises a range of private and public sector clients in all phases of a project’s lifecycle from procurement, through construction and into operation. Jordan currently advises central Government clients on some of New Zealand’s largest and most critical infrastructure projects and reform programmes (including Auckland Light Rail, City Rail Link and the Water Services Reform Programme). He also advises a range of private and public sector clients on procurement and construction-related matters (including local councils, civils contractors and aged care/retirement village operators). Prior to joining MinterEllisonRuddWatts, he worked for leading law firms in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, advising both public and private sector clients on a wide range of matters, as well as working in-house while in the United Kingdom.
Ms. Elizabeth Rose, Senior Associate, Buddle Findlay
Elizabeth specialises in commercial contracting and procurement, with a focus on technology media and telecommunications (TMT). Her experience includes advising on complex technology procurement and outsourcing. Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Elizabeth worked as a solicitor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Jane Parker is a partner at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and leads the firm's Technology team. She specialises in commercial law, particularly technology, energy, public sector contracting, procurement and governance. Jane has worked in and with organisations at various stages of maturity (theirs and hers) and regularly advises on her client's most business critical and complex projects.
Ms. Kate Cruickshank, Senior Associate, MinterEllisonRuddWatts
Kate specialises in commercial contracts and commercial law with particular expertise in information technology contracts, film financing and procurement. Kate has advised our public sector clients in their preparation of their procurement related documentation, review of responses, and has advised on process as well. Kate has also advised our clients on large scale information technology master services agreement, systems integration agreements, and broadcasting and transmission agreements. In addition to her TMT experience, Kate helps clients negotiate a wide range of customer and supplier supply agreements, particularly in the downstream energy sector (decarboninsing projects). Kate is often sought out by our clients to provide general commercial legal advice and assistance on a continuing basis, as an extension of our clients' in-house legal teams.
