She is a qualified lawyer with a Masters in English Language and over 20 years' experience training and coaching lawyers and professionals in clear communication techniques. During her career she has held senior knowledge management and learning and development roles in law firms in Australia and Asia and served as a non-executive Director on not-for-profit Boards. She focuses on building written and verbal communication capabilities of lawyers and professionals to develop their confidence and presence and enhance their leadership style.

Nick Murfett, Director, New Paradigm Coaching
Nick practiced law actively for approximately 25 years from 1985 to 2010. His experience was at large firms and from 1990 to 2010 at his own firm “Murfett Legal”. The firm’s main practice areas were insolvency, commercial litigation and general commercial. Since retiring from active practice in 2010 Nick has pursued his interest in professional and executive coaching and is accredited as a Senior Practitioner coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and as an ADHD coach the ADD Coach Academy. Nick is also engaged in diverse business and non profit interests and maintains his legal practice certificate.
