Mike Doesburg, Partner, Wynn WilliamsMike is a resource management and environmental law specialist who advises private developers, infrastructure providers and local authorities. Mike has experience advising on obtaining and implementing resource consents for large and complex subdivision proposals. Mike also regularly acts for clients on complex planning matters, including appearing before council panels, the Environment Court and High Court. Mike has been identified by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner in projects and resource management. Mike is the Chair of the Resource Management Law Association Auckland Branch Committee and Co-Convener of the Auckland District Law Society Environmental and Resource Management Committee.
Jeremy Brabant, Barriste
Jeremy was admitted in 1998 and has been a barrister sole specialising in Resource Management since 2004. He appears throughout New Zealand on behalf of individuals and companies in council hearings, the Environment Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, and before Boards of Inquiry. Jeremy primarily appears for applicants progressing development, including urban, mining and quarrying matters. He has extensive experience representing applicants for private plan changes and fast track applications.
