Dan Williams, Partner, Anderson Lloyd
Dan is a Partner who advises on all aspects of commercial property law, with a particular focus on assisting clients with forestry and carbon offsetting transactions. Dan regularly advises clients on emissions trading scheme issues and carbon forestry projects and is the leader of Anderson Lloyd’s specialist Carbon and Climate Change team. Dan is internationally recognised by top global legal directories for his expertise.
Natasha Garvan, Partner, Bell Gully
Natasha Garvan is an environmental and resource management law specialist, and leads Bell Gully’s environment and planning practice. Renowned for her expertise in infrastructure including energy projects, Natasha provides strategic advice and consenting strategies for large-scale projects, and successfully implements those strategies through plan change, designation or consenting processes. Her extensive experience includes advising on various wind farms, solar projects, and as legal lead for 29 transport projects for Te Tupu Ngātahi - the Supporting Growth Alliance. Natasha acts for a diverse range of clients, including infrastructure providers, public bodies, iwi, property and land developers, and community interest groups. Her deep understanding of different perspectives on resource management matters, combined with her expertise in renewable energy reforms and climate change legislation, makes her an invaluable asset to her clients. She is a convenor of the NZLS Climate Change Law Committee.
Alex Booker, Partner, Anderson Lloyd
Alex has over 19 years’ experience in resource management law and specialises in project consenting for energy generation, mineral extraction, infrastructure, retail and supermarket developments. She has practiced in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch and represents clients nationwide. Alex regularly provides advice on how to interpret and apply national direction, and has secured fast track consents for projects.
