Lucy is a solicitor in the Employment team, based in the Christchurch office. She graduated from University of Otago in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science. She was admitted to the bar in Christchurch in 2023. Lucy began her professional journey at Anderson Lloyd in November 2020 when she joined the Dunedin office as a Summer Clerk. She returned for another Summer Clerkship in the Christchurch office the following year. She then worked part-time in the Dunedin office during 2022 while completing her last year at university, before transitioning to a full-time Law Clerk role in the Christchurch office in November 2022. Lucy has experience in assisting both employers and employees on a range of matters including personal grievances, disciplinary and performance improvement issues, restructures, medical incapacity, negotiated exits, and health and safety concerns. Lucy is a member of the Christchurch Women’s Legal Association. She also volunteers at the Community Law Centre in Christchurch.
